Please read the notes carefully and review the document(s) you submitted.
Once you have the correct document or corrected the issue, please upload this to either your ETN Wallet, or the Resolution Centre when requested by a KYC reviewer.
Perhaps the documents you submitted were out of date or it wasn't a verifiable document? Maybe the name/address doesn’t exactly match the information you supplied previously, or you have redacted (covered) some important information that the KYC reviewer needs?
