If you do not have acceptable documents in your own name or containing your full home address, you are able to provide us with an identity document (given it contains your home address).
This identity document cannot be used if it has been accepted for Tier 1.
If you do have documents in your own name, then those should be used.
Please upload these documents to your ETN Wallet or to the Resolution Centre when contacted by the KYC team.
