Your ETN balance may not be visible as KYC has not been completed yet.

Additionally, please ensure you are accessing the correct ETN Wallet.
This can be checked on my.electroneum.com in the top left corner of your ETN Wallet or in the ETN App under the Account section under the More tab in the bottom right corner of your ETN Wallet.
