The most common reasons for this error are:
Using a VPN
If you are using a VPN, please try disabling it and reload the ETN App to try again.
Poor or intermittent internet connection
Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network. If you are connected to the internet on mobile data, try switching to a Wi-Fi connection and vice-versa then reload the ETN App to try again.
Our system could be under heavy load due to increased traffic
This is an unlikely scenario, but it might happen due to reasons outside of our control. In this case you can try waiting a while then reloading the ETN App to try again.
If this persists for more than 24 hours, please reach out to the Support Team.
