The most common reasons for this error are:
Using a VPN
- If you are using a VPN, please try disabling it and reload the ETN App to try again.
Poor or intermittent internet connection
- Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network. If you are connected to the internet on mobile data, try switching to a Wi-Fi connection and vice-versa then reload the ETN App to try again.
Our system could be under heavy load due to increased traffic
- This is an unlikely scenario, but it might happen due to reasons outside of our control. In this case you can try waiting a while then reloading the ETN App to try again.
