To withdraw crypto currencies, your QRYPTOS account must have an "approved" status. You also need to activate 2-factor authentication.
On the top of your QRYPTOS dashboard, click Fund My Account.
Select the currency you want to withdraw on the left. Here we are selecting BTC account.
Add a crypto address from your own list. If you don't have any addresses yet, learn how to add here: How do I add a crypto address for withdrawals?
Complete the withdrawal form and get a 2FA code from your 2FA app. Click Submit Withdrawal Request.
Withdrawal if created successfully will have an "awaiting_confirmation" status and will be cancelled after 30 minutes of submitting if not confirmed. Check your email address for the confirmation link. Once confirmed, withdrawal status is "pending."
All "pending" withdrawals will be put up for processing at 4PM JST daily (weekends excluded) unless otherwise notified. Their status will change from "pending" to "processing" and withdrawal amount will be deducted from your balance. Should there be any holiday that renders the service unavailable, all customers will be notified beforehand.
The process of moving crypto from our cold storage to external addresses can take up to a few hours as it includes a few manual steps and needs multiple signatures.
