Step 1 of 4: Email Activation
After a few minutes, an email will be received from Nofirstname.lastname@example.org. If it hasn’t been received after 10-20 minutes check your Spam folders. You can also click the "I didn’t receive the email" link on the webpage to re-trigger the email.
Once received, click the link contained in the email.
You will be taken to a page for a further CAPTCHA check.
Complete the CAPTCHA test if required and click Confirm Account.
Step 2 of 4: Mobile Number
(2FA)Two Factor Authentication, also known as 2FA, is an extra layer of security that is known as "multi factor authentication" that requires not only a password and username but also something that only, and only, that user has on them, i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand -such as a mobile phone. Enter a valid mobile number, including Country code.
You will receive an SMS to the number entered. If you do not receive this, please see your Frequent Asked Questions for common issues.
Enter the 6 digit code, again, complete the CAPTCHA and click Submit Confirmation Code.
Step 3 of 4: Pin Recovery.
The next step requires you to choose a 5 digit pin number used as additional security when logging in. To do this, a secondary email account must be entered which can be used to reset the PIN.
Enter a valid secondary email, this may be a friend or family member’s email address.
An email will be sent to the PIN Recovery Email you have entered. Click the link held within
the email and complete the CAPTCHA if required.
Step 4 of 4: Pin Setup
You PIN recovery email has been setup, please click the continue button to choose a 5 Digit PIN. Make sure it is memorable but not easy to guess.
